Jerry Amoako, aka "Fitstar," has been a Masters Level Fitness Coach since 2015. He is also a Certified Occupational Therapist with over 20 years of rehab experience. He holds certifications as a KB, Core, HIIT Instructor. FITSTAR Training Academy is a remote personal training service. He was born and raised in Ghana, resided in the Bronx before moving to RI. When he is not torturing his favorite clients, he is watching his dreadful NYJETS attempt to win the SuperBowl, spending time with his 2 vivacious sons, and wife.
